From going to tile through out, expanding a patio, changing a bedroom into garage space, deleting a bathroom, designing a one of a kind hobby room, moving the kitchen, or starting from scratch with your own plan, we have done it all. To JJCH "custom" means more than three colors of paint and two elevations to choose from. One thing I know for sure, there are no two homes alike in the Jimmy Jacobs portfolio.
I know from experiencing "customizing" my own JJCH plan just how easy it is to have your home just the way you want it. We chose a basic plan and square footage then made so many changes the original plan in unrecognizable. I must confess we designed our house around an over sized three car garage. No matter what I asked for, I was never told "no".
