Jarrell ISD Receives Recognized Rating from TEA

Mr. Rouse, Superintendent, released the individual school ratings and the overall JISD ratings this week. Jarrell ISD, along with Jarrell High School, Jarrell Middle School and Jarrell Elementary School, received the second highest rating from Texas Education Agency (TEA) . "This is a wonderful affirmation of the hard work and dedication of our teachers, students, and parents," said Mr. Rouse. "We also enjoy tremendous community support for our schools, and that is reflected in these outstanding results." Although the state raised the standards, Jarrell ISD students and staff met those raised challenges, missing the top rating slightly. "We are so proud of our students, parents, teachers and administrators for their hard work over the past year. The rating shows the commitment that each stakeholder has in making Jarrell ISD a Recognized District."
