Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes of Georgetown set an all- time sales record for new custom home sales in the month of May. Jimmy Jacobs’ sales consultants sold 21 to-be- built homes and 12 lots, in communities throughout the Central Texas area. We were ranked the number one Custom Home Builder for 2008 and 2009 is going to be even better. While other builders are struggling to stay in business, we have been expanding.
JJCH reduced prices making our custom homes even more affordable. The company has taken advantage of lower construction costs, enabling us to pass the savings on to our customers. Interest rates and building costs have hit an all time low, and prices within the industry are expected to increase in the near future. This is definitely the best time to buy.
Shady Oaks Estates, one acre community developed by Jimmy Jacobs, has recently opened a new section of heavily wooded lots. We are currently building one of the new series of plans, the San Gabriel, with its spacious floor plan the model appears to be much larger than 2400 sq ft. Shady Oaks Estates also offers easy access to major thoroughfares such as I-35 and the soon to be complete Ronald Regan Highway.

Close enough to reach Sun City by back roads, but with a different atmosphere for people want more elbow room and fewer restrictions. I love driving through Shady Oaks. The homeowners do a fantastic job maintaining their yards, and the homes are gorgeous!
